In an effort to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Africa, we have launched PledgeMySeat, a campaign to send 94,700 pairs of new 4sport football boots to several charity partners. We have made available resources for teachers and materials to promote the campaign and schools can benefit from involvement in a number of ways.
“My school have used PledgeMySeat to not only educate our pupils in being responsible global citizens, it also allowed us to raise much needed funds for the schools own benefit.
PledgeMySeat is a fundraising tool for schools. Capitalising on the 2010 World Cup being in Africa, it is a fun, topical and educational way of introducing children to global citizenship. Helpful teacher resources are provided to make lesson planning and child interaction so much easier. There are also prizes to be won by the top three schools who pledge the most seats.
